Some hosting plans include Free Domain offer. How does that work?
Solution Our free domain name offer is for new customers who sign up for the annual plan and can only be applied towards the primary domain name on the account.

If you cancel your package under our 45 days money back guarantee, there will be a domain registration fee for the domain name registered on your behalf and your domain name will still belong to you. If you move to another web hosting company, you need to request the domain be transfered to you. You do this by initiating a domain transfer request by submitting a support ticket. You domain authorization code will be send to you to the email listed on your domain whois. You will then need to enter this authorization code to your new registrar to have your domain name transfer out.
